At 14:10 on April 12, 2014, the preliminary contest of the 28th Huitong Cup Campus Debate between International School and School of Economics and Finance debate team was going on in the moot court of Hongzuhang Mansion. The motion of the preliminary contest was “whether the public opinion’s influence on the judicial trial does more good than harm”. International School was in favor of the motion.

The contest was going to be a close one. The moot court was so crowded with audiences who were extremely enthusiastic about debaters’ performance.

The four debaters of International School are Huang Yuan, Wang Yongzhen, Zhang Yuhan and Sun Xupeng. Four debaters were all clear thinkers. Their arguments were clear, forceful and logical, demonstrating great debating capabilities. After the drastic contest, International School was narrowly defeated. We failed in our promotion, but through this contest, International School debaters have displayed a very good ability. Not only did we gain rich combat experience, but also improve our coordination competence. We firmly believe that International School debate team will achieve more progress in the future.

To sum up, gratitude should be given to all the students for their assistance in preparing this contest. At the same time, we sincerely wish the "Huitong cup" Campus Debate Contest a complete success!

我校第二十八届“会通杯”校园辩论赛初赛于2015年4月12日在洪祖杭大楼小模拟法庭举行，我院辩论队对战经济与金融学院辩论队，初赛辩题为“ 大众舆论关注司法审判利大于弊/弊大于利”，我院辩论队持正方观点。辩论双方针锋相对，赛况激烈，现场观众热情高涨，现场坐无缺席。

永利集团88304官网四位辩手分别是孙旭鹏，王永祯，张玉晗，黄缘。四位辩手思路清晰，语言流畅，观点明确，表现了非常棒的辩论能力。经过激烈的辩论，永利集团88304官网的小伙伴们以非常微弱的差距略输于对手，虽然未能成功晋级，但通过这次比赛，永利集团88304官网辩论队的辩手们表现出了非常优秀的能力，不仅积累了难得的实战经验，而且还有助于提高默契程度。我们相信，永利集团88304官网辩论队的表现会越加出彩。
